shop.avicii.com is run by Sport Design Sweden (556562-6263) Nobelbergsgatan 6-8, 131 54 Nacka. Sport Design Sweden are responsible for the webshop as well as the production, sales and delivery of all products to the customer, as well as for after-sales-services such as returns.

After purchasing an item on shop.avicii.com, the customer will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation.
All purchases are binding. If a purchase is made out of a mistake, be sure to contact us immediately after your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for specific reasons, including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.
Pricing and duties
Prices include VAT apart from orders in the US. Purchases from the US are subject to the Export of goods, article 146 Council Directive 2006/112/EC; therefore, no VAT is added to the transaction. Purchases outside the European Union may be charged with import duties and taxes.
We accept Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Ideal®, Union pay®, Google pay®, Apple pay® and Shop pay®. Payment is debited from your card at the time of dispatch. In some countries we offer Klarna® as a payment method (invoice and debit card payment options). You can read more about Klarna's Terms and Conditions here.
In cooperation with Klarna® for the countries where this is offered. A fast, minor check will confirm your personal information and accept your purchase. Your shipping address needs to be your registered residence when using invoice payment.
Delivery and shipment
We are handling all orders as fast as possible. However, please keep in mind that orders are being processed during working hours on weekdays and that delivery times can be slightly longer during sales periods. Potential shipping fees for orders below a certain amount will be calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable if the customer paid this in the first place.
Returns and exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy. All of our returns are managed by the same carrier used for shipping the order. If you can't or don't want to return with the same carrier, you are responsible for paying the freight charges yourself. In addition, you are responsible for printing freight labels for the return and that the garment is in the same condition as you received it in.
In our mission to lessen our environmental footprint, we’ve decided to charge a fee for returns. When returning an order, you will be refunded in full for what you’ve returned, except for the return fee.
Return fee is always the same as the original shipping cost. If you have ordered with express shipping we will charge an amount equal to the cheapest shipping alternative for your location. Same applies if your original shipping was free.
All items must be returned in their original condition – clean, unworn, and with all tags attached. Before a refund is issued, we control the condition of the garment and allow ourselves the right to reject returns that are not returned in the original condition. We will, in such cases, not refund your order.
We will issue a refund once we have received your return. However, please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the money to return to the consumer's bank account, depending on the chosen payment method.
The consumer always has the right to return defective goods provided you inform us of the defect within a reasonable time frame after the item's fault has been discovered. Returns made within two months of discovering the defect are always considered to have been returned within a reasonable time. For a product to be considered flawed, the defect must have occurred before it was sold. If you return a defective product within six months from the date of sale, the fault is deemed to have happened before it was sold unless we show that this is not the case. If the return is made more than six months past the sale, you must provide proof that the defect occurred before the date of purchase.
Privacy and cookies
Cookies are used on the site to improve your experience of the site. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your settings. Cookies are also used for statistical purposes. You can set your browser to notify you when a cookie is to be activated. This enables you to reject this cookie usage or tell your browser to erase the cookie at the end of your visit.
