Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping on orders above a specific amount in some locations. If free shipping is available to your location it will be displayed in the checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and duties and tax charges may apply depending on location. Shipping fees will be calculated during check-out.

We strive for quick order processing and delivery times, our average delivery time is between 2-8 days.

Please note that delays due to payment authorization or product availability are not accounted for. During sales periods, there might be minor delivery delays. Orders are processed during business hours. Your shipping estimate will be based on your location and chosen shipment method during checkout.

European Union, United Kingdom and Norway.
All taxes and duties included.

United States.
Additional taxes may apply for orders over $800.

International shipping.
Import duties and taxes may be charged on orders shipped outside the EU. The Customs Authority of the destination country sets these charges. Upon receiving the order, you will be liable for paying any duties, taxes, and fees.

We accept worldwide returns as long as the items are unworn with original tags attached. You need to return with the same carrier used for the original shipping and within 30 days upon collecting you package. Only one return per order is allowed.

In our mission to lessen our environmental footprint, we charge a fee for returns. When returning an order, you will be refunded in full for what you’ve returned, except for the return fee.

Return fee is always the same as the original shipping cost. If you have ordered with express shipping we will charge an amount equal to the cheapest shipping alternative for your location. Same applies if your original shipping was free.

Please use the included return shipping label that was in your package. If you did not receive a return shipping label in your package, please contact us to get a return label and then follow the steps below.

1. Fill in the return form on the return slip carefully.

Note! Returns that do not have a completed return form will not be processed/refunded.

2. Pack the item well in the original packaging of the product. Send it back in the same packaging it came in.

3. Place the return shipping label you received in your parcel (or via email) on the original packaging and return the parcel to the same post office where it was delivered. Save the delivery receipt.

Note! If you got it delivered directly to your home please return the package to a post office that uses the same carrier who delivered your package. You can see what carrier was used on the return shipping label.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will issue a refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your chosen payment method.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for items purchased online. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order online.
