Returns & Exchange

We accept worldwide returns with the carrier used for the original shipping as long as items are unworn with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Only one return per order is allowed.

In our mission to reduce our environmental footprint, we have decided to charge a fee for returns. When you return an order, we will refund the goods you have returned and deduct the return fee from the refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

The return fee varies depending on the destination but is equal to the cheapest shipping cost to your destination before any discounts and deductions. If you have ordered by express shipping, we will charge an amount equal to the cheapest shipping option for your location.

You have 30 days to return your order after delivery. 

We only accept products that are unused and still have their labels. Before issuing the refund, we will check the condition of the product and may reject returns that are not considered to be in unused condition. Products must be returned in the original packaging. Please ensure that all products returned are securely packed in a slightly larger package to prevent damage to the product and the original packaging.
